Responsibilities
- Analyze epidemiological data to identify public health trends and emerging threats
- Develop and evaluate community health intervention programs
- Prepare comprehensive reports for policymakers and stakeholders
- Coordinate with local healthcare providers and community organizations
- Manage grant-funded projects and ensure compliance with regulations
- Lead public health emergency response initiatives
- Advise on health policy recommendations to improve population outcomes
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Epidemiology, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years of experience in public health data analysis
- Proficiency in statistical software (SPSS, R, SAS) and GIS mapping
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with grant writing and program management
- Knowledge of TN public health regulations and frameworks
- Certified in Public Health (CPH) designation preferred
- Ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines
