Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Emergency Management, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 3 years' experience in government/public health emergency response
- Certified Emergency Manager (CEM) or equivalent credential
- Proven ability to coordinate multi-agency disaster response operations
- Expertise in crisis communication and public messaging
- Advanced data analysis skills with emergency management software
- Valid Oregon driver's license and ability to work irregular hours during emergencies
