Responsibilities
- Coordinate multi-agency emergency response operations during public health crises
- Develop and implement rapid-deployment protocols for infectious disease outbreaks
- Lead community vaccination and testing initiatives across 24 municipalities
- Analyze epidemiological data to inform real-time policy decisions
- Train 500+ county personnel in emergency response protocols
- Manage $2M+ public health emergency response budget
- Collaborate with CDC, state health department, and tribal nations
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Health, Emergency Management, or related field
- 5+ years experience in public health emergency response
- Certified Emergency Manager (CEM) or equivalent credential
- Expertise in incident command system (ICS) NIMS protocols
- Advanced data visualization and epidemiological modeling skills
- Proven crisis communication experience with diverse stakeholders
- Valid Arizona driver's license and ability to work 24/7 during emergencies
