Responsibilities
- Lead emergency response coordination during public health crises
- Develop and implement crisis communication strategies
- Collaborate with state/federal agencies and community partners
- Manage incident command systems during outbreaks
- Conduct rapid health assessments and resource deployment
- Train staff on emergency protocols and procedures
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Health or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years emergency management or public health experience
- Certified Emergency Manager (CEM) or equivalent
- Experience with NIMS/ICS frameworks
- Strong crisis communication skills
- Ability to work 24/7 during emergencies
- Valid Minnesota driver's license
