Responsibilities
- Analyze public health data to identify emerging health trends and policy gaps
- Develop comprehensive policy recommendations addressing health equity and accessibility
- Collaborate with community stakeholders and legislative partners on health initiatives
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations for senior leadership and public officials
- Evaluate program effectiveness using quantitative and qualitative metrics
- Monitor federal/state legislative changes affecting public health programs
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Health, Public Policy, or related field
- 3+ years of policy analysis experience in government or non-profit sector
- Expertise in epidemiological data analysis and health equity frameworks
- Strong writing skills with demonstrated ability to produce policy briefs
- Experience with stakeholder engagement and collaborative decision-making
- Knowledge of Minnesota's public health system and state government processes
