Responsibilities

- Coordinate with local healthcare providers and community organizations

- Conduct health education outreach for underserved populations
- Evaluate program effectiveness using KPIs and metrics
- Prepare compliance reports for state and federal agencies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Epidemiology, or related field
- 3+ years of public health program experience
- Texas driver's license with clean driving record
- Proficiency in SPSS, SAS, or R for data analysis
- Experience with CDC guidelines and health program frameworks
- Bilingual English/Spanish required
- Certified in Public Health (CPH) preferred
