Responsibilities

- Conduct tabletop exercises and emergency preparedness drills
- Collaborate with federal, state, and local partners
- Prepare after-action reports and improvement recommendations
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Health, Emergency Management, or related field
- 5+ years experience in public health emergency response
- FEMA Professional Development Series certification
- Proven crisis communication leadership experience
- Expertise in Incident Command System (ICS) protocols
- Strong data analysis and decision-making abilities
- Valid Massachusetts driver's license
- Ability to work 24/7 during emergency activations
