Qualifications
- Masters in Public Health (MPH) or Epidemiology (required)
- 5+ years of field epidemiology experience in government/public health
- Certified in Incident Command System (ICS-300) or higher
- Expertise in statistical analysis tools (R, SAS, Epi-Info)
- Valid California driver's license for field investigations
- Demonstrated crisis communication skills during public health emergencies
- Experience with grant writing for public health initiatives
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
