Responsibilities
- Design and implement evidence-based public health programs targeting Tulsa County's priority health needs
- Analyze epidemiological data to identify emerging health trends and inform strategic interventions
- Coordinate cross-sector partnerships with healthcare providers, nonprofits, and government agencies
- Develop health education materials and conduct community outreach initiatives
- Monitor program performance metrics and prepare compliance reports for state and federal agencies
- Lead emergency response planning for public health threats
- Advocate for health equity policies through stakeholder engagement
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Health, Epidemiology, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of public health program implementation experience
- Advanced proficiency in data analysis tools (SPSS, R, or SAS)
- Valid Oklahoma driver's license with clean driving record
- Experience with grant writing and federal compliance requirements
- Strong interpersonal skills for community collaboration
- Certified in Public Health (CPH) preferred
- Knowledge of Oklahoma's public health infrastructure
