Responsibilities

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Nursing, or related field
- 3+ years emergency management or public health experience
- Texas RN license or EMT certification preferred
- Bilingual proficiency in English/Spanish required
- FEMA certification in Incident Command System (ICS)
- Experience with vulnerable populations and border communities
- Strong crisis communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work irregular hours during emergencies
