Qualifications

- 3+ years experience in public health emergency response
- Certified Emergency Manager (CEM) or equivalent certification
- Expertise in crisis communication and stakeholder management
- Proficient with emergency management software (e.g., WebEOC)
- Ability to work 24/7 during declared emergencies
- Maryland driver's license with clean record
