Responsibilities
- Lead data analysis and reporting for community health assessment initiatives
- Develop evidence-based public health interventions targeting underserved populations
- Coordinate multi-agency partnerships for health promotion campaigns
- Manage grant-funded programs and ensure compliance with state/federal regulations
- Present findings to policymakers and community stakeholders
- Mentor junior analysts and support program evaluation activities
- Utilize GIS mapping and statistical software for health trend analysis
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Health, Epidemiology, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in public health program implementation
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (SPSS, R, or SAS)
- Experience with public health grant management
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of California public health regulations
- Valid California driver's license
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
