Responsibilities
- Coordinate multi-agency emergency response operations during public health crises
- Develop and implement emergency preparedness protocols for high-risk scenarios
- Lead public risk communication strategies through multiple channels
- Analyze epidemiological data to inform response decisions
- Manage resource allocation during emergency activations
- Train staff and community partners on emergency procedures
- Prepare and submit compliance reports to state and federal authorities

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Emergency Management, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years of experience in public health or emergency response coordination
- Certification in Incident Command System (ICS-300) or equivalent
- Proficiency in GIS mapping and emergency management software
- Demonstrated ability to manage high-pressure, time-sensitive situations
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Valid Pennsylvania driver's license
- Ability to work irregular hours during emergencies
