Responsibilities
- Coordinate multi-agency emergency response during public health crises
- Develop and implement rapid-deployment vaccination distribution plans
- Lead community outreach and education campaigns for vulnerable populations
- Manage data-driven resource allocation and surge capacity planning
- Collaborate with state/federal health agencies for compliance and funding
- Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies for emerging threats
- Train frontline staff on emergency protocols and crisis communication
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Emergency Management, or related field
- 3+ years experience in public health emergency response or crisis management
- Certified Emergency Manager (CEM) or equivalent preferred
- Bilingual proficiency in English/Spanish required
- Advanced knowledge of NIMS/ICS frameworks
- Proven ability to manage high-pressure, rapidly evolving situations
- Strong data analysis and reporting skills
- Valid Texas driver's license
