Responsibilities

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Nursing, Emergency Management, or related field
- 3+ years experience in public health emergency response or crisis management
- Certified Emergency Manager (CEM) or equivalent designation required
- Proficiency with health data platforms (e.g., Epi-X, ESSENCE)
- Valid Arizona driver's license and willingness for emergency deployments
- Experience with federal grant reporting (HRSA, CDC)
- Strong bilingual communication skills (English/Spanish preferred)
