Responsibilities
- Develop and execute emergency response protocols for public health crises
- Coordinate cross-agency partnerships with hospitals, schools, and NGOs
- Analyze epidemiological data to inform real-time decision-making
- Lead community outreach and education during health emergencies
- Manage resource allocation for rapid response deployments
- Prepare and submit compliance reports to state and federal agencies
- Train public health staff on emergency procedures and protocols
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Health or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years in emergency management or public health response
- Certified in Incident Command System (ICS-300) or higher
- Experience with health data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
- Valid Tennessee driver's license with clean record
- Exceptional crisis communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work 24/7 rotations during emergency activations
