Responsibilities
- Coordinate emergency response protocols for infectious disease outbreaks and public health crises
- Develop and implement rapid communication strategies for at-risk communities
- Analyze epidemiological data to inform resource allocation and intervention strategies
- Collaborate with federal, state, and local agencies during emergency declarations
- Conduct field assessments and provide real-time situational reports

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Nursing, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 3 years experience in public health emergency response
- Certification in Incident Command System (ICS-300) or higher
- Strong data analysis skills with experience in epidemiological software
- Ability to work 24/7 during emergency activations
- Proven crisis communication experience across diverse communities
- Valid Illinois driver's license and reliable transportation
- US citizenship and ability to obtain federal security clearance
