Responsibilities
- Lead multi-agency emergency response operations during public health crises
- Develop and execute pandemic/outbreak containment protocols
- Coordinate mass vaccination and medical countermeasure distribution
- Conduct epidemiological investigations and risk assessments
- Train healthcare providers and community responders
- Manage emergency communication systems and public alerts
- Prepare grant proposals and manage federal/state funding
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Health or related field
- 3+ years emergency management or public health response experience
- Certified Emergency Manager (CEM) or equivalent credential
- Experience with Incident Command System (ICS) and NIMS protocols
- Strong epidemiological data analysis skills
- Valid California driver's license
- Bilingual Spanish proficiency preferred
