Responsibilities
- Conduct routine inspections of food establishments, childcare facilities, and public pools

- Maintain detailed inspection records and digital databases

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Health, Public Health, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of regulatory inspection experience
- Certified Food Protection Professional (CFPP) credential preferred
- Strong knowledge of FDA Food Code and Minnesota state regulations
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills
- Valid Minnesota driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
