Responsibilities
- Conduct weekend facility inspections for food safety, sanitation, and hazardous materials
- Investigate public health complaints and enforce regulatory compliance
- Provide emergency weekend response to public health threats
- Document findings and prepare detailed weekend inspection reports
- Deliver weekend public health education to community groups
- Collaborate with weekend emergency response teams

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Health or Environmental Science
- Texas Public Health Inspector certification required
- 2+ years regulatory compliance experience
- Valid Texas driver's license
