Responsibilities
- Conduct epidemiological investigations for disease outbreaks and reportable conditions
- Provide clinical services including immunizations, health screenings, and patient education

- Document patient encounters and maintain accurate public health records

Qualifications
- Active California Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) or Public Health
- Minimum 2 years of clinical nursing experience
- Experience in community health or public health setting
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and public health reporting requirements
- Valid California driver's license with clean driving record
