Responsibilities
- Provide clinical services and health screenings in community clinics
- Conduct disease surveillance and outbreak investigations
- Deliver health education to underserved populations
- Administer immunizations and manage public health programs
- Collaborate with community organizations on health initiatives
- Maintain accurate patient records and report data
- Participate in emergency response preparedness
Qualifications
- Active California Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Bachelor's in Nursing (BSN) preferred
- 2+ years public/community health experience
- Bilingual proficiency (English/Spanish) required
- Strong communication and cultural competency skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Valid California driver's license
- CPR/BLS certification
