Responsibilities
- Provide clinical services including immunizations, health screenings, and disease surveillance
- Conduct community health assessments and educational outreach programs
- Coordinate emergency response efforts for public health crises
- Maintain accurate patient records and prepare comprehensive reports
- Collaborate with community partners to address health disparities
- Implement public health initiatives in underserved populations
- Participate in epidemiological investigations and data analysis
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Nevada
- Bachelor's in Nursing (BSN) or Master's in Public Health (MPH)
- Minimum 2 years clinical nursing experience
- Public health certification or relevant coursework
- Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems
- Strong communication and cultural competency skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings/weekends
- Valid Nevada driver's license
