Responsibilities
- Lead emergency public health responses during outbreaks and crises

Qualifications
- Valid California Registered Nurse license (RN)
- Master's degree in Public Health or Nursing preferred
- Minimum 3 years clinical nursing experience
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish or Mandarin required
- Certification in Public Health Nursing (PHN) preferred
- Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights/weekends during emergencies
