Responsibilities
- Develop and implement emergency response protocols for public health crises
- Lead community vaccination and disease prevention campaigns
- Analyze epidemiological data to identify emerging health threats
- Coordinate with local healthcare providers and emergency services

- Manage grant-funded health outreach programs
- Prepare monthly reports for state health officials
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Health or related field
- 3+ years of government/public health experience
- Certified in Public Health (CPH) preferred
- Experience with emergency management systems
- Proficient in data analysis tools (SPSS, SAS, R)
- Texas driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work rotating shifts during emergencies
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred
