Responsibilities
- Analyze epidemiological data and health trends to inform policy recommendations
- Develop evidence-based public health strategies addressing health equity
- Collaborate with community organizations and healthcare providers
- Prepare legislative briefs and policy implementation plans
- Monitor compliance with state and federal health regulations
- Lead stakeholder engagement initiatives across Boston neighborhoods
- Evaluate program effectiveness and adjust strategies quarterly
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Health, Public Policy, or related field
- 3+ years of policy analysis experience in government or non-profit
- Proficiency in statistical software (SPSS, R, or SAS)
- Demonstrated experience with health equity frameworks
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of Massachusetts public health regulations
- Valid Massachusetts driver's license
