Responsibilities
- Develop and implement evidence-based public health strategies for underserved communities
- Analyze epidemiological data to identify emerging health trends and risks
- Coordinate multi-agency partnerships for vaccine distribution and health screenings
- Create educational materials and outreach programs targeting vulnerable populations
- Manage grant budgets and ensure compliance with federal/state regulations
- Prepare reports for legislative stakeholders and community boards
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Health or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years in program coordination or public health administration
- Experience with data analysis tools (SPSS, R, or SAS)
- Certified in Public Health (CPH) preferred
- Knowledge of Minnesota public health systems and regulations
- Strong written/verbal communication skills
- Ability to work with diverse populations and sensitive health topics
