Responsibilities
- Design and implement evidence-based public health initiatives targeting Louisville's priority health concerns
- Coordinate with healthcare providers, community organizations, and government agencies to maximize program impact
- Analyze epidemiological data to identify emerging health trends and inform strategic interventions
- Manage program budgets, reporting requirements, and compliance with federal/state regulations
- Develop educational materials and outreach campaigns for diverse populations
- Evaluate program effectiveness using KPIs and recommend continuous improvements
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Health, Healthcare Administration, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of public health program management experience
- Experience with grant writing and federal/state compliance requirements
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data visualization tools
- Excellent communication skills for community engagement and stakeholder management
- Valid Kentucky driver's license and ability to travel to community sites
- Knowledge of Healthy People 2030 objectives and CDC guidelines
