Responsibilities
- Design and execute evidence-based public health initiatives targeting Miami-Dade County
- Collaborate with community partners, healthcare providers, and government agencies
- Manage program budgets and ensure compliance with state/federal regulations
- Analyze epidemiological data to identify emerging health trends
- Oversee grant applications and reporting requirements
- Lead emergency response coordination for public health crises
- Mentor staff and coordinate volunteer programs
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Health, Healthcare Administration, or related field
- 5+ years of public health program management experience
- Valid Florida Public Health Administrator credential preferred
- Expertise in community health assessment and intervention strategies
- Strong quantitative and qualitative data analysis skills
- Experience with grant writing and budget management
- Fluency in English and Spanish (required for Miami market)
