Responsibilities
- Develop and implement evidence-based public health programs targeting community health disparities
- Manage grant-funded projects with budgets exceeding $500K
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate health interventions
- Analyze epidemiological data to inform policy recommendations
- Lead community outreach initiatives and stakeholder engagement
- Oversee program evaluation and reporting to federal/state agencies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Health or related field
- 3+ years program management experience in government/nonprofit
- Certified in Public Health (CPH) preferred
- Experience with grant writing and compliance
- Strong data analysis and reporting skills
- Valid Kentucky driver's license
