Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and evaluate public health programs targeting community health disparities
- Manage grant-funded projects and ensure compliance with federal/state regulations
- Collaborate with community partners, healthcare providers, and government stakeholders
- Analyze epidemiological data and prepare comprehensive program reports
- Lead community outreach initiatives and health education campaigns
- Supervise program staff and coordinate interdepartmental projects
- Monitor program budgets and ensure fiscal accountability
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Health, Epidemiology, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in public health program management
- Strong data analysis and grant management skills
- Valid Ohio driver's license and reliable transportation
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Experience with community coalition building and stakeholder engagement
- Knowledge of HIPAA, CDC guidelines, and OSHA regulations
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and public health databases
