Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Health, Healthcare Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of program management experience in public health or non-profit sector
- Strong knowledge of CDC guidelines and Arizona public health regulations
- Proficient in data analysis tools (Excel, SPSS) and health information systems
- Excellent communication skills with ability to engage diverse community stakeholders
- Valid Arizona Driver's License and ability to travel county-wide
