Responsibilities
- Develop and execute evidence-based public health intervention programs targeting vulnerable populations
- Analyze epidemiological data to identify health trends and inform strategic planning
- Coordinate multi-agency partnerships for community health initiatives
- Lead community outreach and stakeholder engagement activities
- Prepare comprehensive reports and grant proposals for funding opportunities
- Monitor program effectiveness using KPIs and adjust strategies as needed
- Advise on policy recommendations to improve public health outcomes
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Health, Epidemiology, or related field required
- 3+ years of experience in public health program implementation
- Strong data analysis skills with proficiency in SPSS, R, or SAS
- Experience with community-based participatory research methods
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Valid Washington State driver's license
- Ability to work evenings/weekends for community events
