Responsibilities
- Design and execute community health education programs targeting underserved populations
- Analyze epidemiological data to identify health trends and prioritize interventions
- Coordinate with healthcare providers, schools, and non-profits for health promotion
- Develop grant proposals and manage program budgets effectively
- Conduct health assessments and prepare comprehensive impact reports
- Respond to public health inquiries and provide accurate information to stakeholders
- Stay current with CDC guidelines and emerging public health threats
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Epidemiology, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years experience in public health program implementation
- Certified in Public Health (CPH) or eligible for certification
- Proficiency in health data analysis tools (SPSS, R, or SAS)
- Strong grant writing and budget management skills
- Excellent interpersonal communication and community engagement abilities
- Valid Colorado driver's license with clean driving record
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) highly desirable
