Responsibilities
- Develop and implement evidence-based public health programs targeting community health priorities
- Analyze epidemiological data to identify emerging health trends and inform strategic interventions
- Coordinate cross-sector partnerships with healthcare providers, schools, and community organizations
- Design and execute culturally competent health education campaigns across diverse populations
- Monitor program outcomes and prepare comprehensive reports for leadership and stakeholders
- Lead crisis response initiatives for public health emergencies and disease outbreaks
- Secure and manage grant funding to expand public health service delivery
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Health, Epidemiology, or related field required
- Minimum 3 years of experience in public health program implementation
- Proficiency in health data analysis tools (SPSS, R, or SAS)
- Strong background in community engagement and stakeholder collaboration
- Valid Ohio driver's license with reliable transportation
- Certified in Public Health (CPH) preferred
- Demonstrated experience with grant writing and budget management
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
