Responsibilities
- Design and implement evidence-based public health programs targeting chronic disease prevention and health promotion
- Conduct epidemiological surveillance and data analysis to identify community health trends
- Coordinate multi-agency partnerships to address social determinants of health
- Develop health education materials and deliver community outreach initiatives
- Manage grant-funded projects and ensure compliance with public health regulations
- Prepare comprehensive reports for county leadership and state health departments
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Health, Epidemiology, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in public health program implementation
- Certified in Public Health (CPH) preferred
- Strong data analysis skills with proficiency in SPSS/R
- Experience securing and managing public health grants
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities
- Valid Indiana driver's license and reliable transportation
