Responsibilities
- Develop and implement evidence-based public health programs targeting vulnerable populations
- Analyze epidemiological data to identify health trends and inform policy decisions
- Coordinate community outreach initiatives to promote health education and disease prevention
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on grant-funded health initiatives
- Conduct health assessments and prepare actionable reports for leadership
- Lead crisis response protocols for public health emergencies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Health or related field required
- 3+ years of experience in public health program implementation
- Certified in Public Health (CPH) or equivalent certification
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (SPSS, R, or SAS)
- Strong knowledge of CDC guidelines and health equity frameworks
- Experience with grant writing and budget management
- Valid Colorado driver's license
