Responsibilities
- Design and execute evidence-based public health interventions targeting vulnerable populations
- Analyze epidemiological data to identify emerging health threats and trends
- Coordinate emergency response efforts during public health crises
- Develop community outreach programs and health education materials
- Collaborate with healthcare providers, schools, and community organizations
- Monitor compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, and CDC guidelines
- Prepare detailed reports and recommendations for senior leadership
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Health, Epidemiology, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in public health program implementation
- Certified in Public Health (CPH) or equivalent credential
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (SPSS, R, or SAS)
- Experience managing grant-funded health initiatives
- Strong knowledge of Chicago-area healthcare systems
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
