Responsibilities
- Develop and execute community health outreach programs targeting vulnerable populations

- Conduct health education workshops on disease prevention and wellness initiatives
- Manage grant-funded projects focused on improving health equity outcomes
- Prepare comprehensive reports for state health policy stakeholders
- Collaborate with emergency response teams during public health crises
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Epidemiology, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in public health program implementation
- Certified in Public Health (CPH) or willingness to obtain within 6 months
- Proficiency in health data analysis software (e.g., SAS, SPSS)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish
- Valid Texas driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings/weekends for community events
