Responsibilities
- Develop and implement evidence-based public health programs targeting vulnerable communities
- Analyze epidemiological data to identify health trends and recommend interventions
- Collaborate with local health departments, nonprofits, and community organizations
- Conduct health education workshops and outreach campaigns
- Prepare grant proposals and manage program budgets
- Monitor program compliance with state and federal regulations
- Lead crisis response during public health emergencies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Health or related field
- 3+ years experience in public health program implementation
- Strong data analysis and epidemiological research skills
- Experience with community engagement and health education
- Valid Maryland driver's license
- Knowledge of Maryland public health systems
- Ability to work collaboratively across diverse stakeholders
- Certified in Public Health (CPH) preferred
