Responsibilities
- Design and execute community health initiatives targeting vulnerable populations
- Analyze epidemiological data to identify health trends and emerging threats
- Coordinate cross-sector partnerships for health education campaigns
- Develop grant proposals and manage program budgets
- Conduct community needs assessments and program evaluations
- Represent the department in public health coalitions and legislative forums
- Maintain compliance with federal/state public health regulations
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Health, Epidemiology, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in public health program implementation
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (SPSS, SAS, R)
- Strong grant writing and budget management skills
- Experience with community engagement and stakeholder collaboration
- Knowledge of HIPAA and public health privacy regulations
- Valid Minnesota driver's license
