Responsibilities
- Design and oversee public health education campaigns targeting underserved populations
- Analyze epidemiological data to identify emerging health trends and priorities
- Coordinate vaccination initiatives and disease prevention programs
- Build strategic partnerships with healthcare providers and community stakeholders
- Develop grant proposals to secure funding for public health initiatives
- Conduct community needs assessments and program evaluations
- Prepare comprehensive reports for county leadership and public health boards
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Health, Epidemiology, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in public health program implementation
- Strong data analysis skills with proficiency in SPSS or R
- Experience writing successful grant proposals
- Valid Texas driver's license with reliable transportation
- Bilingual proficiency in English/Spanish (required)
- Certified in Public Health (CPH) preferred
