Responsibilities
- Develop and implement community health education programs targeting underserved populations
- Analyze epidemiological data to identify health trends and inform intervention strategies
- Coordinate with local healthcare providers to ensure seamless service delivery
- Manage grant-funded public health initiatives and prepare compliance reports
- Conduct site visits for health compliance inspections and provide technical assistance
- Lead crisis response during public health emergencies

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Epidemiology, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years of experience in public health program implementation
- Valid Texas Department of State Health Services certification
- Proficiency in SPSS/R for statistical analysis
- Bilingual English/Spanish certification required
- Experience with Epi-Info software and health data visualization
- Strong knowledge of HIPAA and public health regulations
- Valid Texas driver's license with clean driving record
