Responsibilities
- Design and execute public health intervention programs targeting chronic disease prevention and health equity
- Analyze epidemiological data to identify emerging health trends and inform strategic planning
- Collaborate with community stakeholders and healthcare providers to coordinate health outreach initiatives
- Develop educational materials and public health campaigns for diverse audiences
- Monitor program effectiveness through KPI tracking and impact assessments
- Stay current with public health regulations and best practices at local/state/federal levels
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Health, Epidemiology, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in public health program implementation
- Strong data analysis skills with proficiency in statistical software (SPSS/R)
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Certified in Public Health (CPH) preferred
- Experience with grant writing and budget management
- Knowledge of Denver County's diverse communities and health disparities
