Responsibilities
- Develop and execute public health programs targeting vulnerable populations
- Analyze epidemiological data to identify health trends and recommend interventions
- Coordinate emergency preparedness responses and public health communications
- Manage grant-funded projects ensuring compliance with federal/state regulations
- Train community health workers and partner organizations
- Advocate for policy changes promoting health equity
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Health or related field
- 3+ years experience in public health program implementation
- Valid Oregon Public Health Practitioner certification
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (SPSS, R, or SAS)
- Experience with grant writing and federal reporting
- Bilingual in Spanish or other community language preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours during public health emergencies
