Responsibilities
- Develop and execute public health programs targeting underserved populations
- Analyze epidemiological data to identify emerging health threats
- Coordinate with community organizations and healthcare providers
- Conduct health education workshops and outreach initiatives
- Prepare grant proposals and manage program budgets
- Evaluate program effectiveness using evidence-based metrics
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on county-wide health initiatives
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Health or related field
- Minimum 3 years of public health program experience
- Certified in Public Health (CPH) preferred
- Experience with data analysis and health informatics
- Strong grant writing and project management skills
- Knowledge of Minnesota public health regulations
- Excellent communication and community engagement abilities
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) highly desirable
