Responsibilities
- Lead emergency public health response initiatives and coordinate multi-agency crisis protocols
- Conduct epidemiological surveillance and analyze health data trends for Tulsa County
- Develop and implement community-wide health education programs targeting vulnerable populations
- Manage vaccine distribution logistics and public vaccination campaign coordination
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure compliance with public health regulations
- Prepare detailed public health reports and policy recommendations for county leadership
- Represent Tulsa County at state-level public health forums and emergency task forces
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Health, Epidemiology, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 3 years of public health emergency response experience required
- Certified in Public Health (CPH) or Emergency Management preferred
- Advanced data analysis skills with proficiency in public health reporting tools
- Proven ability to coordinate multi-agency partnerships under pressure
- Oklahoma driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights/weekends during public health crises
