Responsibilities
- Develop and implement evidence-based health education programs targeting vulnerable populations
- Analyze epidemiological data to identify emerging health trends and inform policy recommendations
- Coordinate cross-agency responses to public health emergencies and disease outbreaks
- Conduct community needs assessments and design intervention strategies
- Manage grant-funded projects ensuring compliance with federal/state regulations
- Lead stakeholder engagement with healthcare providers, schools, and community leaders
- Prepare comprehensive reports for senior leadership and public dissemination
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Health, Epidemiology, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in public health program implementation
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (SPSS, R, or SAS)
- Certified in Public Health (CPH) preferred
- Experience with grant writing and budget management
- Strong knowledge of HIPAA and public health regulations
- Excellent communication skills for diverse audiences
- Valid Pennsylvania driver's license
