Responsibilities
- Design and implement evidence-based public health interventions targeting Atlanta's priority health issues
- Analyze epidemiological data to identify emerging health trends and inform strategic planning
- Coordinate cross-sector partnerships with healthcare providers, community organizations, and government agencies
- Develop health education materials and deliver community outreach programs across Atlanta metro
- Monitor program performance through KPI tracking and prepare impact reports for leadership
- Stay current with federal/state public health policies and ensure regulatory compliance
- Lead emergency response initiatives during public health crises
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Health (MPH) or related health sciences field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in public health program implementation
- Strong epidemiological data analysis and statistical modeling skills
- Experience with grant writing and federal/state funding processes
- Excellent written/verbal communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Georgia Public Health Certification (or ability to obtain within 6 months)
- Proficiency in health data platforms (e.g., REDCap, SAS, Tableau)
- Valid Georgia driver's license with clean record
