Responsibilities
- Design and implement evidence-based public health education campaigns
- Conduct epidemiological surveillance and outbreak investigations
- Coordinate community vaccination and screening events
- Analyze health data to identify emerging trends and priorities
- Develop partnerships with healthcare providers and community organizations
- Prepare grant proposals and manage program budgets
- Provide health emergency preparedness training
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Epidemiology, or related field
- 3+ years of public health program experience
- Certified in Public Health (CPH) preferred
- Experience with health data analysis tools (SPSS, SAS)
- Strong written/verbal communication skills
- Valid Florida driver's license
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings/weekends
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) highly desirable
